Bhupinder Singh Hooda has commented on the Haryana government’s permission to investigate against him and Robert Vadra in the case of a land deal by the government. This action is based on a personal complaint made at the behest of the government. There is nothing in it. This is an attempt to defame them. The government is doing politics in the case. Action is inspired by politics.
The Haryana governnent in the Shikohpur land scam has given permission to investigate against Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Robert Vadra. On September 1 this year, Surendran Sharma, a resident of Nuh, lodged a case against Vadra, Hooda, DLF and Omkareshwar properties in Khedkidullah police station. Police had sought permission from the state government to initiate the investigation due to the former CM’s case. Vadra’s company bought three-and-a-half-acre land in Shikohpur from Omkareshwar Properties for 7.5 crore.
Later on getting commercial license, it sold DLF Universal to 58 crores. The complaint is that neither Om Prakashites deposited money in Skylite’s account nor did Skylight give any money to the government in the form of stamp duty. At that time the Chief Minister of the state was Hooda.
