Congress MP from Rohtak Deepender Singh Hooda said the Prime Minister had disappointed residents.

“He did not announce any new welfare or development scheme, which has disappointed residents,” the MP said in a statement.

INSO workers held, freed

Members of the Indian National Students Organisation (INSO), led by its president Digvijay Singh Chautala, were detained near the Tilyar tourist complex on the outskirts of Rohtak as they were trying to move tos Garhi Sampla.

The police said the INSO members were detained and later released.
