Anil Kapoor praises PM Modi on the rein of piracy bill
For the last several years, the cinema industry has to face piracy. It has been seen that in spite of all the efforts of the producers, the recorded movies in the duplicate and theater are available for online download. Needless to say, manufacturers have to suffer commercial losses. Recently the complaints of several movies of Piracy appeared. The Central Government has taken initiative to solve the big problems of the cinema industry.
According to the reports, the proposal for amendment to the Cinematograph Act, 1952 of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in the Government of Narendra Modi, has been approved and the Cinematograph Amendment Bill, 2019 has been approved. The purpose of this bill is to prevent the piracy of films in any illegal manner. Having passed the important bill, actor Anil Kapoor tweeted thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"The proposed amendment will increase the revenue of the industry, employment will increase, important objectives of India's national lP policy will be met, and the online piracy will be relieved against the content of the wrong way," the actor wrote in the tweet.
