Pakistan PM Imran Khan seeks actionable intelligence over Pulwama attack, warns against retaliatory action

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday said that Pakistan will act if India can provide "actionable evidence" to prove that Islamabad was behind the February 14 Pulwama terror attack that took the lives of 40 CRPF personnel.

PM Khan said allegations against his country are without any evidence and that carrying any such terror attack was not in Pakistan's interest when it is moving towards stability.

Imran said that if India gives evidence about the involvement of Jaish-e-Mohammed in the Pulwama attack, then he is ready to take action. India is accusing Pakistan of no evidence. He claimed that there is no place for terrorism in new Pakistan. He said that Pakistan itself has been a victim of terrorism and 70,000 people of the country have lost their lives due to terrorism.

He said that whenever he raises the issue of dialogue, then India prefers to negotiate terrorism first. We are ready to negotiate, but India has to see what is happening in Kashmir. He said that common elections in India are going to come, hence the atmosphere of war is being created.

The experts believe that after the Pulwama attack the pressure of counter attacks on security forces and the army will increase. For a big strategic response, continuous strategic preparation is required in defense, internal security, and intelligence.

India withdrew the status of the Most Favored Nation given to him to pressurize Pakistan. Apart from this, 200 percent duty was imposed on imported goods from there. India is also fully prepared to surround Pakistan at international level.

Jaish, a terrorist organization responsible for the terrorist attack in Pulwama

Jaish-e-Mohammed, a terrorist organization responsible for the terrorist attack in Pulwama, has often woken up to the crippling attacks in India. The most wanted terrorist of this organization, who is taking shelter in Pakistan, is the most wanted terrorist Masood Azhar. It is believed that this terror gang has carried out terrorist acts in India and not only in India and other western countries.

The purpose of the Jaish-e-Mohammed in Pakistani conservation is to separate Kashmir from India only. It was founded by Masood Azhar in March 2000. Jaish-e-Mohammad, responsible for the many terrorist attacks in India, was banned by the Pakistani government in January 2002. But its donor Masood Azhar is so vicious that he changed the name of Jaish-e-Mohammad to 'Khudam-ul-Islam'.

Apart from India, the United States of America have been included in the list of terrorist organizations. A big reward has been announced on its head. Pakistan has banned this organization, but its donor and terrorist Masood Azhar openly fires a fire against India. Creates a conspiracy of terror attacks on India.

Constitution of Jaish-e-Mohammad

Hindustan had become free to create a new conspiracy of catastrophe. On December 31, 1999, after reaching Kandahar, Masood Azhar and Omar Sheikh went straight to Al Qaeda's chief Osama bin Laden. And after one month both the terrorists went to Pakistan on January 31, 2000. After that, Masood Azhar had announced the establishment of a terrorist organization named Jaish-e-Mohammed between one thousand armed terrorists in a mosque in Karachi. Earlier, he was associated with Harkat-ul-Mujahideen. But after the establishment of Jaish, most of Harkat-ul-Mujahideen members had joined Masood Azhar.

Black Activities of Jaish-e-Mohammed

It is alleged that in December 2001, Jaish had conducted a suicide attack on the Indian Parliament in collaboration with the Lashkar-e-Taiba. Also in February 2002, Jaish bit the neck of American journalist Daniel Pearl and killed him. In May 2009, four people, who claimed to be a member of Jaish, were arrested for plotting to launch a Jewish temple in New York and to launch a missile on American military aircraft. In addition, the name of this terrorist organization came in the Pathankot attack in 2016.

Ram Janmabhoomi case: SC has combined legal case of land acquisition with main case

The Supreme Court has tagged the petition on the validity of the Land Acquisition Act in the Ram Janmabhoomi dispute case with the main case. Speaking on the matter, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that whatever is to be said, say in front of the constitution bench. Along with Hindu Mahasabha Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari, many Ram devotees questioned the validity of the Land Acquisition Act.

It has been said in the petition that in 1993, the Center had never had the right to acquire 67.7 acres of land because the land was a matter of state. So, the Central Government can not acquire state land for its own scheme. Land acquisition in 1993 was illegal.

Earlier, the Narendra Modi government in the center of the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case running in the Supreme Court said in its petition that the non-disputed site in Ayodhya should be handed over to Ramjanmabhoomi Trust. The land on which Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid is in dispute, keep the Supreme Court with it.

The Modi government had said in its petition filed by the Supreme Court that the portion given to Hindu parties in Ayodhya should be handed over to Ramjanmabhoomi Trust. While some part of 2.77-acre land should be returned to the Government of India.

Nearly 70 acres of land near the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute has the central government. Of this, the Allahabad High Court ruled on 2.77 acres of land. But the land on which the dispute is dispute is only 0.313 acres. The Supreme Court had stayed on this ground in 1993 and banned any kind of activity here.

In the Supreme Court, the hearing of this case is on the back of five judges, including Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice Abdul Nazir, Justice SA Bobde and Justice DY Chandrachud. On January 29, the hearing was to be held in the Supreme Court on this issue, due to Justice Bobde's leave, the hearing was postponed

Modi government's gift to Army, inauguration of National War Memorial on February 25

Prior to the announcement of the 2019 general elections, Prime Minister Modi is going to give a big gift to the country's armies. Finally, after the long wait, the proposed National War Memorial for the martyrs has been completed in Delhi. The Prime Minister will inaugurate on February 25.

The National War Memorial in Delhi is ready with a cost of Rs 176 crore. The Modi government approved this money in October 2015.

On the occasion of the inauguration of the memorial, Prime Minister Modi will also address a large rally of ex-servicemen from all over the country at the National Stadium.

The inauguration of this National War Memorial was to be held on January 26 this year, but due to non-completion of the work, it was postponed.

This memorial has been built in honor of more than 2,600 soldiers who were martyred in wars. This war memorial proposal has long been a victim of political and administrative apathy. War Memorial will fulfill the long pending demand of the military forces.

This monument will be one of the best monuments in the world. Prime Minister Modi has conveyed the true tribute to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country to this memorial.

According to government sources, the Prime Minister has clearly instructed that this monument should not be world class but one of the best monuments in the world.

It will be built in Princes Park near the National War Memorial India Gate. This project was created under the chairmanship of a powerful Steering Committee under the chairmanship of Defense Secretary.

Spread over 40 acres of land, this memorial will have Amrit chakra, Veer Chakra, Chhag chakra and Rakshak chakra. Here also the 'Ultimate Warrior Site' has been built, where statues of 21 martyrs awarded by Param Vir Chakra, the highest honor of the army, have been installed.

Do you think it will be the true tribute to the brave soldiers

CAG finds NDA deal 2.86% cheaper than UPA's 2007 offer

In a big relief to the Narendra Modi government, country's top auditor Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has said in its audit report that the Rafale fighter jet deal signed in 2016 was 2.86 percent cheaper than the UPA's deal in 2007.

Blunting opposition charges of overpricing, the 141-page CAG report has mentioned that the flyaway price of the jet is the same as agreed in 2007 by the UPA government. The report also said that compared to the 126 aircraft deal, India managed to save 17.08 percent money for the India Specific Enhancements in the 36 Rafale contract.
The major things of the CAG report presented in the Rajya Sabha,

  • The price of Fly Aviation Price (Ready Aircraft) is equal to the deal of the UPA Government.
  • The 9% of the cheapest claims claimed by the Modi government were rejected by the CAG report.
  • The report doesn't disclose the actual price of the Rafale deal contracted by the NDA govt. However, it includes an examination of pricing.
  • CAG said India managed to save 17.08 percent money for the India Specific Enhancements in the 36 Rafale contract signed in 2016.
  • The delivery schedule of the first 18 Rafale aircraft is better than the one proposed in the 126 aircraft deal, by five months, the report said.
  • According to the previous deal, the delivery of the Rafale aircraft was to be in 72 months but the deal is being delivered in 71 months only.

Further, the report said that the delivery schedule of the first 18 Rafale aircraft is better than the one proposed in the 126 aircraft deal, by five months.

Finding issues in the UPA era 126 aircraft deal, CAG says Defence Ministry team had said in 2015 that the proposal of Dassault Aviation Rafale should have been rejected in technical evaluation stage itself as it was non-compliant with RFP requirements.

Do you think Rafale deal is good for India
