Shiv Sena wants coalition over BJP's 24-year-old formula

In Maharashtra, the formula of coalition formation has not yet been decided between BJP and Shiv Sena. While BJP is making all efforts to combine Shiv Sena on one side. On the other hand, Shiv Sena is also engaged in negotiations with the BJP while recognizing the dignity of the spot. Shiv Sena is talking about the alliance with BJP on the basis of Bal Thackeray's model in 1995.

The eyes of Shiv Sena are on the 1995 model. In order to combine with BJP, Shiv Sena is claiming about 150 seats in Maharashtra's 288-seat assembly and 25-26 seats out of total 48 seats in Maharashtra for the Lok Sabha elections.

Shiv Sena has sent this demand to the BJP high command. Shiv Sena said that the alliance of Maharashtra should be talked about only when it was made a partner under the 1995 model. In fact, for the first time in Maharashtra, the BJP and Shiv Sena coalition government formed in 1995 and the Chief Minister was crowned by Manohar Joshi of Shiv Sena.

Shiv Sena has first suggested combining with BJP to dissolve the government of Fadnavis and assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra should be done simultaneously. Apart from this, Shiv Sena has laid the second condition that the post of the chief minister should be given to him. Not only this, Shivsena wants 150 seats out of total 288 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly from BJP. In this way, the demand for 25 to 26 seats out of the 48 seats of the Lok Sabha is keeping.

However, BJP is not easily acceptable to these three demands of the Shiv Sena because of the stubbornness of the Shiv Sena in the 2014 assembly elections. BJP came to be the largest party and later Shiv Sena had to form the government with him. But, the manner in which Shiv Sena's influence on the alliance with BJP seems to be that it is not easy to accept.

Do you think Shiv Sena will break with BJP or is it just threatening to?

If Lokpal Bill applies, then the first accused will be PM Modi

Raphael has sworn the sword between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress on alleged corruption in the deal. All Congress leaders including Congress President Rahul Gandhi are an attacker on the Modi government. The Congress said on Monday that the government is not implementing the Lokpal Bill only to save Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who may be the "first-time" accused in the Raphael Fighter Airlines deal.

During the discussions on the interim budget 2019-20, Congress leader Veerappa Moily said that defense allocation of the government is only one-fifth of China's defense allocation.

Moily said, "20 percent of this will go to Raphael and it has exposed their weaknesses. I think that this government is not implementing the Lokpal Bill, so it is completely clear now that if it was implemented It may be that the prime minister will be the first accused, so he is scared, therefore, no JPC was installed in the case. "

Former Union Minister Moily said, "The prime minister can survive today, but not tomorrow". Moily alleged that the prime minister was using the ED and Central Bureau of Investigation at all. Moily, however, said that he was not against buying Raphael or any other weapon.

He said, "You can not circumvent the public sector company like HAL, who has 70 years of expertise. The Law Ministry of its own, says this government should have a guarantee.

Moily said, "And today we came to know that the government had removed anti-corruption channels in the Raphael deal."

Do you think so

Jalgaon Lok Sabha seat: BJP's stronghold for 20 years, Will congress win this time

Jalgaon Lok Sabha seat of North Maharashtra has remained the BJP's stronghold for the last 20 years. Here is the senior BJP leader AT Nana Patil MP. He has been winning since 2009 and 2014. This time too, BJP can throw AT Nana Patil in the election for the Lok Sabha elections. If the history of this seat is looked at, the first elections were held here in 1952.

Hari Vinayak Patasar from Congress won here in 1952. But in the next election, i.e. in 1957, this seat was held by the independents. Nauser Bharu from here came to victory. After this, the Congress brought Jalal Singh Shankar Rao Patil, who was coming from the Patil community to return to the electoral field in the 1962 election. They won here.

Then the next two elections i.e. in 1967. S. Sayyed conquered the Congress here and won the Congress's Krishnarao Madhavrao Patil elections in 1971. After that, in 1977, Congress had to see a way out of power again. Then in 1977, Yashwant Mansaram Borole of the Indian Lok Dal won here.

When Congress created the hat-trick of victory ...

After losing the Jalgaon Lok Sabha seat in 1977, Congress made a great comeback here. Yadav Shivram Mahajan won the election from here. After this, he made a hat-trick of victory He won consecutive elections in 1980, 1984 and 1989.

But the Congress's 15-year rule was broken by BJP. In 1991, Gunavant Rao Ram Bhai Surade won from here, then he won again in 1996.

When started, the BJP ruled ...

Since 1999, Congress has not been able to win the Jagan Rath Jalgaon Lok Sabha seat. From here in 1999 and 2004 Jai Mahajan won the victory and after the demise of his party won the BJP leader Hari Bhau Jawl in the by-election in 2007. After that, from here 2009 and 2014, T Nana Patil is coming to victory

Do you think congress will win Jalgaon Lok Sabha seat

Jaitley strongly criticized the Congress on the promise of withdrawing Triple Talaq bill

After coming to power from the Congress, after the announcement of the end of the three divorced bills, it has started reversing on behalf of the ruling party. Union minister Arun Jaitley, who is being treated in the US, strongly criticized the Congress on the promise of withdrawing Triple Talaq bill, said on Friday, "Nikah Halala', which busted people's Jamir, should be declared unconstitutional. '

'After divorce in Muslims, if a person wants to marry again, then the woman has to marry. If the woman is to marry another man, to make a marriage, then she has to get divorced.

In a post on Facebook, Arun Jaitley wrote, "Unfortunately, when reading this news in the morning newspaper, people's conscience should have woken up; The President of All India Congress Committee and his partner Minority Conference are promising to withdraw the bill, which provides punishment for Triple Talaq. This bill is currently pending in Parliament. "

The Union Minister said that late Rajiv Gandhi reversed the decision of the Supreme Court in the Shah Bano case and made the biggest mistake of the legislature. The court gave all Muslim women the right to alimony in that decision.

He wrote that voter is important, but also fairness. Political opportunists only pay attention to the next day's headlines. The nation-creators keep the next century in mind. '

In the few months, there will be Lok Sabha elections in the country, in this case, the political promises and declarations have started. The Congress had declared on Thursday that if it came to power, then the Triple Talaq law would be abolished. This law is made by the current Modi government, which they use to put Muslim men in jail and stand in the police stations.

Sushmita Dev, the national president of Women's Congress, told the Congress Minority Morcha Conference at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi that Muslim women strongly opposed this law and the Congress also opposes this law. It will not empower women but will create division between them and the Muslim men.

Do you agree with Triple Talaq Bill proposed by govt

Supreme Court once again refuses to ban General reservation

The issue of 10 percent reservation given to the poor upper castes by the Narendra Modi government has once again reached the Supreme Court door. On Friday, filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding a ban on this decision, which the Supreme Court once again rejected. However, the court has issued the notice to the central government regarding this. Explain that before this, the Supreme Court also refused to ban it.

While hearing the petition of social activist Tehsin Poonawala, the Supreme Court has tied it up with other matters. It is worth noting that earlier petitions were filed by some NGOs to dismiss the government's decision. However, during the hearing of the petitions, the court had refused to ban the decision with immediate effect.

The previous petitions were heard by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Sanjeev Khanna. And denied the quick decision on the case.

Significantly, the Modi government has amended the constitution and said that it is giving 10 percent reservation to the poor people on an economic basis. These reservations will be found in the areas of education and government jobs. The government says that reservations from SC-ST-OBC will not make any difference with this reservation.

Let us tell you that this bill of a constitutional amendment has been passed in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. President Ramnath Kovind has also approved the bill to make the law. This decision of Modi Government is being seen as a masterstroke before the Lok Sabha elections. After the notification of the central government has been issued, it has also been implemented in some states.

Do you think 10 percent reservation on poor upper caste should be banned
